As a food reviewer dedicated to uncovering the best culinary experiences, I was thoroughly impressed by their diverse menu, which ranges from mouthwatering dumplings to indulgent bubble teas. The highlights of my visit began with the ChaSiu Pork Buns—two pieces for just $4.40, these buns were soft and fluffy, enveloping a savory treasure of tender pork that was both sweet and savory, delivering an umami punch with every bite.
Next, I had the pleasure of sampling the Pork Rice Bowl accompanied by a refreshing Mango Passion Fruit Tea for only $15.35. The rice bowl was a comforting dish, featuring succulent pork resting on a bed of seasoned rice, topped with fresh vegetables that added a nice crunch. The drink, vibrant and fruity, was the perfect complement, providing hydration and a zesty finish.
Don't overlook the delightful selection of bubble teas, priced at $5.95 each. I indulged in the Taro Bubble Tea, which was creamy and subtly sweet, offering a satisfying experience that felt both nostalgic and refreshing. TEASHI also boasts a variety of flavors, from Thai Latte to Strawberry, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Moreover, TEASHI elevates your dining experience with intriguing extras such as Fried Chicken Dumplings and Pan Fried Pork Buns, perfect for sharing (or not!). I particularly loved the Sesame Mochi Balls, which are a charming addition and offer a lovely chewy texture that balances the meal nicely.
Finally, TEASHI’s Daily Specials are not to be missed, showcasing seasonal and unique preparations that keep the menu current and exciting. Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of Beef Ramen Soup or a special creation featuring flavorful rice, each option speaks to the quality of ingredients and the skillful hands behind the kitchen.
In conclusion, TEASHI stands out not just for its delicious offerings, but for the experience it creates—a place to savor, sip, and celebrate. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to indulge in flavorful dishes and refreshing drinks in a cozy yet lively environment. Don’t forget to grab your bubble tea on your way out!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Glad to know my presence was appreciated. There are so many options here. I love that they have lunch specials and deals, this place really wants your business. I was sold by the duck sauce readily available but the complimentary passion fruit tea. Blame this on trauma but where Im from the duck sauce isn’t given in abundance. I just wanted a snack so we got sushi, bubble tea and hot tea but I could tell that they have some really good food here. The small seating area was convenient to have our quick bite and it was even served right to our seat. I would definitely come back here and tell others to come. This business understands how to treat customers and that is something I can get behind. Thank you!
When I was planning my trip to DC, I noticed this restaurant on the map and added it to my list of places to go. I was not disappointed. The location is fairly easy to get to. There’s a decent selection of menu items. The person working was friendly and helpful. I ordered the pork noodles, scallion pancake, and mango passionfruit tea. All three tasted great and were affordable. The pancakes were a bit oily for me, but I liked them. The drink was my favorite. The restaurant is small and doesn’t have a lot of seating, but there are a few tables, and it’s very clean. The atmosphere inside was pleasant. I would happily recommend and return on a future visit.
Very polite and speedy service, we ordered the spicy chicken rice bowl, as well as the spicy beef ramen with spring rolls and dumplings. All very delicious and savory at a great value! My green tea had star jelly in it which was very cute!
The gentleman working at Teashi Café was incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming. His friendly service genuinely made me feel special—it truly brightened my day. I was so happy to find a dairy-free Thai tea option, and it was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed it! Thank you Teashi!!!
I stumbled upon Teashi DC while looking for a cookie spot I couldn't find, and I'm so glad I did! The place is clean and cozy, located right in Dupont Circle, making it an easy walk from downtown offices. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Noodle Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The noodles were fresh and springy, and the chicken had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavor. I also tried chicken dumplings for the first time. They were delicious! The food came out hot and fresh, which I really appreciated. The service was super friendly and attentive. I give Teashi a 10/10 and will definitely be back soon to try more of their menu. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!
We ordered spicy chicken rice bowl and beef noodle soup, and both of them were delicious and authentic. It’s a good lunch option for affordable price (roughly $10-15 per bowl), delicious food and quick service (~10 min waiting during lunch time). Highly recommend!
It’s alright. I came here looking for a quick bite (the noodles), and got exactly what I was looking for. The pork noodles? were nice, but honestly had just one flavor profile. The boba was a nice plus, but don’t get pearls - they don’t work with the food. The lady at the counter is very nice though.
Above and beyond anything I've had food-wise in DC. First of all, the prices are incredible for the area and the portions are also solid. The beef rice bowls I are PERFECT. The vegetables are delicious, the meat is well-seasoned, the rice is cooked to perfection, and it has just the right amount of both sauce and spice. I'm also a bubble tea fiend and the matcha bubble tea is consistently tasty and mixed very well. The staff I've spoken to are very personable and sweet, too. Service is incredibly efficient, but not so jarringly quick that it's clearly just taking stuff out of the back and throwing it into a bag. They take the time to prepare your food well. This little place is so, SO worth it.
